I am a fully qualified and insured Chakra Practitioner. Many of my services are available remotely via Zoom although some require an in person appointment, which is offered at my home in Chipping Norton. Below is a list of the treatments I offer and a description of what is involved. As a Chakra Practitioner, I understand the incredible benefits that sound has for our Chakra system,
Singing Bowls are so incredibly healing for us as they create something which in the musical world is called "Entrainment". Entrainment occurs when one object which is vibrating at a higher frequency ( i.e the singing bowl) is placed close to another object vibrating at a lower frequency ( i.e. our body). After a while the object vibrating at the lower frequency will start to vibrate at the higher frequency. When our Chakras are blocked or unbalanced, they vibrate at a lower frequency than their optimal level and so when we utilise the healing sound of the Singing Bowls , we can raise the vibration and restore the natural balance.

Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind. A session involves placing carefully selected healing crystals on or around a client to help unblock, focus and direct energy. Different types of crystals are thought to have different properties and energies. Just holding and being near these crystals is therefore thought to affect our own energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.
